Jesus Wants Me For A Sunbeam

Today was Courtney's first day being a Sunbeam, and she did great! Which is funny because she never spent a single Sunday in nursery, she hated nursery and refused to walk through the doors. But today she was such a big girl! She sat quietly at the table, raised her hand, waited for her turn, and was polite. (Unlike another little girl who I wanted to throw out the window. Seriously, some people's children! And then she wedged a staple through her front two teeth and hooked it up around her gums, good heavens!)

But Courtney was so well behaved! I'm so proud of my big sunbeam!

waaaaaaaahhh!!!
Nathan had his first day in Sunbeams too. I keep forgetting they are so close in age.
So do you teach that class?

Uh Oh. Was it something I said?

By the way, Jaz loves Courtney's outfit!

How exciting for you to have a little primary aged girl. At least now you can attend your classes and not have to sit through nursery or in the hall. And you should seriously not even think "other people's children". It'll come back and bite you when your child is the one everyone is talking about. Been there, done that.

Or maybe something I said?

She does look very pleased to be a Sunbeam! Cute smile.

Mom & Melina... your posts were fine, I just deleted the rest of the post because it wasn't something that needed posted. I felt bad for sharing her teacher's past so publicly.

Megan, nope I'm not the sunbeams teacher anymore, although they desperately need to call in a different one. I'll give you the full story when we get together!
