Courtney's September Funnies

Courtney- "I run fast with my little legs!"

Courtney- "I can't wait til I grow up so big so I can carry big mommy purses all full of stuff!"

(Me holding up a pair of holey jeans)
Me- "Wow... these are shot!"
Courtney- "Did Daddy shoot them with his gun?"

Courtney- "I like to be naughty sometimes. I'm good at it!"

Me- "Courtney, did you tangle up all my yarn?"
Courtney- 'No, a naughty little mystery girl did!"

Me- "Hey Courtney"
Courtney- "What?"
Me- "Oh... nevermind."
Courtney- "Hey Mom"
Me- "What?"
Courtney- "Oh..NEVERMIND!"

(Courtney weighing herself on the scale)
Me- " Wow, you're getting so big!"
Courtney- "Yah, like Jazzy's mommy!" (who's pregnant)

(Me checking to see if Courtney was "potty training" dry)
Me- "Court, how come your bummy is wet?"
Courtney- "Oh, well because I was outside and rain fell on my butt."

(Me stirring brownie batter)
Me- "How long does it say to cook this?"
(Courtney grabbing box and running finger across lines as if reading)
Courtney- "The constructions say to turn the oven light on and cook them for 4 days and then the light will turn off and we can eat them."

(Courtney laying on floor, I put my my foot on her belly and tickle her)
Courtney- "HEY! WHAT'S THE BIG IDEA?!"

(Conversation between Courtney and Jeremy in the car)
Courtney- "I want some juice."
Jeremy- "We'll have to wait til we get home because we don't have any juice with us in the car."
Courtney- "Yes we do!"
Jeremy- "No we don't!"
Courtney- "Yes we do!"
Jeremy- "No we don't!"
Courtney- "Yes we do!"
Jeremy- "I promise, we really don't!"
Courtney- "Yes we... um, no we... wait..... what were we talking about?"

(Courtney blessing dinner)
Courtney "Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for this food. Please bless it to help us have strong bodies. Name of Jesus Christ, amen.... Oh, and please help me find Jazzy so we can play, amen... Oh, and Heavenly Father, please help me eat this dinner. Amen!"

Making Necklaces

Courtney wanted a candy necklace, but unfortunately we were out, so I decided she could make her own. She was so funny about it, she would say, "I'm so good at this, Mom, take my picture of me making my necklace!"




Courtney saw me post this picture of her looking down at her necklace and she said, "Is that Jazzy?" which is funny because I was just thinking she looked a lot like Jaz!

(On a side note, I'm having problems with viewing pictures. I posted 3, but it's only showing me 2. There should be one of her looking up and smiling. How many do you see?)
